Customer Experience Management - Different perspective to capture it
The purpose of this sabbatical is to be able to complete a number of manuscripts that I am working on and is targeted some of the major journals in my field; marketing. I really need this sabbatical to be able to spend the necessary time to be able to complete these manuscripts. Publishing at this level does require more time than I have access to in my normal work role. The manuscript that I intend to work on is based on rather unique data. One of the datasets is a large and global with additional data added to it (among other things brand and demographics) while the second dataset contains customers' emotions, perception and behavior. The purposes of the first two manuscripts are to model (for the first manuscript) customers' goal and emotions and their role for customer satisfaction and (for the second manuscript) the market context and its role for customer experience and customer satisfaction. The research is carried out together with some of the leading researchers in the field. The researchers are at Florida State University (FSU) or in close proximity to FSU. I am invited to stay at FSU and intend to exploit that invitation.
