Targeted initiatives
Projects awarded within different targeted initiatives are normally followed up at the mid point.
Prior to follow-up, the project leader is asked to submit supporting written documentation that serves as the basis for a half-hour oral discussion.
Focus is on how the project has developed, possible changes, preliminary results, and plans for communication of coming results.
After the follow-up, RJ’s CEO then decides if the project can be approved or if it requires a more detailed follow-up. A more detailed follow-up may ultimately result in the project funding being withdrawn or reduced in amount.
