From 2020 onwards

Funds granted can be requisitioned up to three years after the regular allocation period. The requisition is made in conjunction with the final financial report in RJ's application system.

Up to 2019

Funds granted must be requisitioned by you as the project leader and will then be disbursed to a grant administrator. You can find the requisition form under "Related Links" on the website.

Awarded funds are to be requisitioned by the project leader so that they then can be paid to the grant administrator. The requisition form is found under Related links on this page.

Attach a statement of account (as a PDF file) from your accounting system as supporting documentation for the expenses.
